Get ready to pre-heat the oven, pull out the cookie sheet and pastry bag and enter your confection in this year's 3^rd Annual Gingerbread competition sponsored by Oxnard’s Heritage Square. Children, youth, teens, adults, businesses, and organizations can try their hand at creating a delicious masterpiece out of gingerbread, icing, and any other edibles you can think of. If you like sweets, architecture, holidays, or just trying something new, this contest is for you! (Gingerbread Application)

After the final judging on December 1st, many of the fanciful and unique entries will remain on display at Heritage Square for public viewing December 3^rd through December 18^th, Tuesday through Saturday 10am-4pm and Sundays 1-4pm. Vote for your favorite as People's Choice, votes accepted until December 18th at 4:00pm. A guided tour of the elegantly decorated Victorian Homes is also being offered weekends in December on Saturdays 10-4 and Sundays 1-4. Suggested donation is $5 per person.
